Right now I invest my energy into being a new dad, husband, dog dad, endurance racing, trail running, mountain biking, fly fishing, dirt bikes, bow hunting, Jeeps, disc golf, rock climbing, woodworking and just about anything that gives me an excuse to get outside.

Fun Fact: Before residency I hiked almost 300 miles of the Appalachian Trail from Springer Mountain, GA to Hot Springs, NC.
